Reto Mae is a hiking tour for those adventures who enjoy backroad trails. It is a 3-hour coastal trail with amazing views of the surrounding beaches. Along the trail, you will pass by five beaches, having the chance to see sloths, monkeys and other species characteristic of the wildlife in Manuel Antonio Area.
The name Mae comes from the Costarican word “mae”, meaning in informal speech man or woman. You may get acquainted with the uses of this term before calling someone mae. However, once you get involved in the use of this term, it will be very useful to address another person in informal contexts.This is an intermediate-level hike with no major changes in elevation.
