We start our hike at km 0 in the trail that leads to Chirripó at 5:00 a.m. We will follow this trail until we get to km 4 where we will have time to have a snack (consider bringing something to have on your own). From here, we start hiking down entering the private reserve. From this point, we walk through the rain forest. We will pass by a waterfall and see other waterfalls in the reserve from the lookout. Water is too cold here, so swimming is not a good idea. Along the trail, we will find benches by the trail and the Memorial Garden where we can spend some time too. Finally, we arrive in the reception area and return to the hotel.
